【Returns & Exchanges】

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for Little Cat Closet Club subscription items and certain other products.
If you have any questions regarding eligible items, please contact us before making a purchase.

Please note that gift cards and digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

【For Customers in the European Union (EU)】

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Digital content, made-to-order items, and products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are excluded from this policy.

【Refunds】

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 16 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it,

【Defective Made-to-Order Items】

If your item arrives with a defect such as a printing error, damage, or stains,
please contact us within 3 days of delivery at littlecatcloset@gmail.com.

Please include photos clearly showing the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange a replacement through re-production and re-shipment.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences, including differences in image, size, or incorrect orders.

  • Requests made after the stated period may not be accepted.
