Cancellation Policy

Some products in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or “try before you buy” purchases.
This Cancellation Policy explains how to modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, your products will be delivered on a recurring basis according to the duration and frequency you selected.

Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose a prepaid subscription option.

Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation email. From there, you can manage your subscription settings.

Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available but will be available soon.

At checkout, we may either:

  • Collect full payment immediately, or

  • Collect a partial deposit and securely store your payment method to charge the remaining balance at a later date prior to shipment.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been shipped, including partially paid orders.

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

If you purchase a “Try Before You Buy” item, your payment method will be authorized prior to fulfillment, but you will not be charged immediately.

You will have a specified trial period to decide whether you wish to keep the item.

If the item is not returned within the trial period, the full amount will be charged to your authorized payment method.
