Our shop offers both subscription items and one-time purchase items.

【Subscription Items（Mail Club）】
All orders placed from the 1st to the last day of each month will be shipped together on the final day of that month.

【One-time Purchase Items】
Each product page includes its own estimated shipping date.

Shipping Information

We ship both domestically within Japan and internationally.

For international shipments, delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees incurred for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, transportation issues, or customs procedures. We appreciate your understanding

About Shipping Fees

・Shipping is included for the Mail Club.

・For items shipped directly from our partner atelier in London, shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed after you enter your shipping address.

・AND EMU jewelry items are shipped from within Japan and are available for delivery within Japan only.
Shipping is a flat rate of ¥680 nationwide.
Orders over ¥20,000 qualify for free shipping within Japan.
